We saw the gap. We filled it with people who care.

Salutem Staffing was founded by U.S. operators who'd lived through every staffing pain point — high turnover, undertrained temps, runaway overhead, and the constant scramble to keep cases and clients moving.

So we built what we wished we'd had. From our headquarters in Dallas, we partner with a remarkable team across Medellín & Bogotá, Colombia — chosen for its dynamic culture, strong work ethic, and natural client focus. Our talent isn't borrowed; it's yours.
